To provide account verification, system notifications, and essential platform functionality, we may transmit your email address and other necessary related data to legitimate third-party cloud service providers and email delivery infrastructure providers. We ensure that such providers comply with strict data security and confidentiality standards.

We retain your financial logs and images for 24 months. All data is encrypted during transmission and stored on secure cloud servers. After 24 months, all data is automatically deleted.

Helper Harmony does not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. Data remains within your household account, accessible only to authorized members.

All uploaded receipt photos are automatically compressed to web-optimized size (maximum 1024px width) to save storage space while maintaining readability.

Your rights

You can request to export or delete data at any time through the app settings. Account deletion will permanently and immediately remove all related data from our servers.

Our services are not targeted at individuals under 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children.
